These terms are provided for transparency and should be reviewed before full public launch.

Overview

Zacha is built to help local communities save money at local businesses. To keep the platform trustworthy and fair for everyone, we ask all users — customers, business partners, and staff — to use it responsibly.

All users

You must not:

  • Use Zacha for any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal purpose
  • Create multiple accounts to bypass redemption limits or access benefits you are not entitled to
  • Attempt to access, view, or interfere with another user's account or data
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use any automated tool, bot, or script to scrape, spam, or abuse the platform
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or exploit any part of the Zacha app
  • Submit false, misleading, or abusive content through any part of the app
  • Interfere with the app's normal operation or security systems

Customers

As a customer, you must not:

  • Attempt to generate vouchers for offers you do not intend to redeem in person
  • Claim savings you did not genuinely receive
  • Use expired, duplicate, or fraudulently obtained vouchers
  • Abuse the support or reporting system with false or malicious reports

Business partners

As a business partner, you must not:

  • Create misleading, inaccurate, or deceptive offers or business descriptions
  • Refuse to honour valid vouchers without reasonable cause
  • Confirm redemptions that did not actually take place
  • Add staff members who are not genuinely employed at or authorised to represent your business
  • Use the platform to collect customer data beyond what is shared through the redemption process

Staff

As a staff member assigned to a business, you must not:

  • Confirm redemptions that did not genuinely occur
  • Access partner dashboard features beyond your assigned role
  • Share your staff access credentials with others

Respectful communication

All communication with Zacha support must be respectful. Abusive, threatening, or harassing messages will not be tolerated and may result in account suspension.

Enforcement

Zacha reserves the right to investigate suspected misuse and to take appropriate action, including:

  • Issuing a warning
  • Temporarily suspending an account
  • Permanently terminating an account
  • Removing a business or offer from the platform
  • Reporting serious misuse to relevant authorities where required

If you believe your account has been suspended unfairly, please contact hello@zacha.co.uk and we will review your case.
