Terms of Service

Zacha is a local savings app that connects customers with local businesses through digital vouchers. Customers discover offers from local businesses, generate a voucher code, and redeem it in person to receive a discount. Businesses and their staff confirm the voucher on their end, and customers confirm the discount was received.

Zacha is currently in beta and is starting in South Wales. Features and availability may change during this period.

To use Zacha as a customer or business partner, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your account credentials secure
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate information when setting up your profile
• Notifying us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm this is the case.

When you redeem an offer on Zacha:

• You generate a unique voucher code for that offer
• The business or their staff must confirm the voucher in person
• You must then confirm you received the discount
• Your savings are only tracked after you confirm receipt
• Vouchers are subject to each business's own terms and availability
• Zacha cannot guarantee that a business will honour a voucher at any specific time
• Expired, paused, or rejected offers may not be redeemable

If you have an issue with a voucher, you can report it through the support section of the app.

Zacha provides a platform to discover and use local offers. We do not guarantee that any specific savings amount will be achieved. Savings depend on the offers available, the businesses participating, and the successful completion of the redemption process.

Businesses that list on Zacha agree to honour their published offers for valid vouchers during the stated period. Zacha may suspend or reject businesses or offers that are found to be misleading, inactive, or in breach of these terms.

Businesses are responsible for ensuring their staff are aware of valid Zacha vouchers and the confirmation process.

You agree not to:

• Use Zacha for any fraudulent purpose or to misrepresent a redemption
• Attempt to generate or use vouchers for offers you are not entitled to
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent redemption limits
• Attempt to access other users' data or accounts
• Misuse the support or reporting system
• Use any automated tools to scrape or abuse the platform

Zacha reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Zacha offers a free tier and a paid Plus membership at £3.99/month. The Plus membership provides access to additional features. Billing is handled through Stripe. Cancellation can be managed through the Stripe Customer Portal in your account settings.

Zacha is in beta. Features may change, be added, or be removed. We will aim to communicate significant changes through the app or by email. Continued use of the service after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Zacha is a platform connecting customers and businesses. We are not responsible for the quality, availability, or honouring of any individual offer by a business. We are not liable for any losses resulting from a business failing to honour a valid voucher, or for any indirect or consequential losses.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
