Having a problem with Zacha? Here's how to get help based on who you are and what's gone wrong.

Zacha has a built-in support system. If you are signed in, you can submit a support ticket from the Support section of the app — this is the fastest way to get help. Your ticket will be reviewed by the Zacha team.

If you can't access the support section of the app, you can email us directly at hello@zacha.co.uk. Please include your account email address and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 3 working days.
