How Zacha vouchers work and what counts as a completed redemption.
Last reviewed: May 2026
These terms are provided for transparency and should be reviewed before full public launch.
Zacha vouchers are digital — there is no physical card or printed coupon. Here is how the process works step by step:
A redemption is only counted as complete — and savings are only tracked — after you confirm you received the discount. Earlier stages in the process do not count as final savings:
Only customer-confirmed redemptions appear in your savings history.
Businesses are responsible for honouring their published offers. By listing on Zacha, businesses agree to accept valid voucher codes from customers. However, Zacha cannot guarantee that a specific business will honour a voucher in every circumstance.
If a business refuses to honour a valid voucher, you can report the issue through the support section of the app. Zacha takes such reports seriously.
Zacha vouchers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. They entitle the holder to a specific discount as described in the offer, subject to the business honouring the deal.
Attempting to misuse, duplicate, or fraudulently create Zacha vouchers is a breach of our Acceptable Use Policy. This may result in account suspension.
If you have an issue with a voucher — for example, a business refused to accept it, or the discount was incorrect — please use the support section of your Zacha account to report the issue. We aim to review all reports and follow up where possible.
