Business Onboarding Terms

What to expect when joining Zacha as a business partner.

Last updated: May 2026

Summary

What to expect when joining Zacha as a business partner.

  • Designed to keep your experience clear, safe, and transparent.
  • Explains our responsibilities and how we handle your information.
  • Helps you understand the rules for using Zacha's services.

To list your business on Zacha, you must complete a registration and pay a one-time onboarding fee (unless waived by Zacha). Your business profile then goes through an admin review before appearing publicly on the marketplace.

The standard onboarding fee is £50 (excluding any applicable taxes). This is a one-time payment and is separate from any ongoing Growth or Premium subscription.

  • The fee covers listing setup, admin review, and initial onboarding support
  • Payment is processed securely through Stripe
  • Zacha does not store your card details
  • A waiver may be offered by a Zacha sales representative at their discretion — this must be confirmed in writing by Zacha admin

Paying the onboarding fee does not automatically approve your business on the marketplace. Admin review is still required. If your business is not approved, you may request a refund review — see our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

By submitting a business for listing, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, including:

  • Business name and legal trading name
  • Category and description
  • Address and contact details
  • Opening hours
  • Any offers or vouchers you create

Providing inaccurate or misleading information may result in rejection, suspension, or removal from the platform.

Offers you create on Zacha must be accurate, achievable, and non-misleading. Offers are reviewed before going live. Zacha reserves the right to reject offers that do not meet quality standards or are considered misleading.

Once approved, as a Zacha business partner you agree to:

  • Keep your business profile and offers up to date
  • Honour valid vouchers presented by Zacha customers
  • Ensure your staff are aware of the Zacha voucher confirmation process
  • Notify Zacha if your business closes or significantly changes
  • Not misuse the platform or the admin/partner tools

Zacha may suspend or remove a business from the platform if it:

  • Repeatedly fails to honour valid vouchers
  • Provides misleading information
  • Breaches these terms or Zacha's acceptable use policy
  • Is no longer trading

We will aim to communicate the reason for any suspension. Partners can appeal by contacting hello@zacha.co.uk.

The one-time onboarding fee is entirely separate from any Growth or Premium business membership subscription. Subscribing to a Growth or Premium plan does not waive the onboarding fee, and paying the onboarding fee does not include a subscription.
