Zacha offers the following customer membership tiers:

  • Free — access to browse and redeem standard offers, basic savings tracking
  • Plus — £6.99 per month, access to additional features including monthly savings summaries and early access to selected deals (subject to availability)
  • Family / Group — coming soon

Plus membership is billed monthly at £6.99. Billing is handled securely through Stripe. Zacha does not store your card details. Your first payment is taken when you subscribe and subsequent payments are taken automatically on the same day each month.

Prices may be updated in the future. We will notify you in advance of any price changes.

You can cancel your Plus membership at any time through the Billing section of your account settings (powered by the Stripe Customer Portal). When you cancel:

  • Your membership remains active until the end of your current paid period
  • You will not be charged again after your current period ends
  • You will lose access to Plus features when the period ends
  • Your savings history and account data are retained

Zacha does not currently offer automatic refunds for membership fees. If you believe you have been charged in error or have a billing query, please contact us at hello@zacha.co.uk and we will review your request. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy for more detail.

Plus features are provided as described at the time of subscription. Zacha is in beta and features may evolve. We aim to communicate significant changes to Plus benefits before they take effect.

Premium deal access within the Plus tier is subject to offers being available from participating businesses. Zacha does not guarantee a specific number of Plus-exclusive deals at any time.

Purchasing a Plus membership does not guarantee any specific savings amount. Savings depend on the offers you choose to redeem and the successful completion of the confirmation process.

Your membership is personal to your account. You are responsible for all activity on your account. Membership benefits cannot be shared between accounts unless a Family / Group tier is available.
