Terms that apply to businesses listed on the Zacha marketplace.
Last reviewed: May 2026
These terms are provided for transparency and should be reviewed before full public launch.
To list your business on Zacha, you must register a business account and submit your business profile for review. Zacha reviews all business submissions and may approve, reject, or request changes before your business appears publicly on the marketplace.
Approval is at Zacha's discretion. Meeting the submission criteria does not guarantee approval.
You are responsible for ensuring your business profile is accurate and up to date, including:
Misleading or inaccurate profiles may result in suspension or removal from the platform.
When you create an offer on Zacha:
By listing on Zacha, you agree to honour valid vouchers presented by customers who have a generated or confirmed redemption code for an approved and active offer. Your staff should be aware of the Zacha confirmation process and able to confirm vouchers promptly.
If a voucher cannot be honoured in a specific circumstance (for example, the offer is sold out or unavailable), please communicate this clearly to the customer and direct them to report any issues through the app.
Partners can add staff members to their Zacha business account. Staff are authorised to confirm redemptions on behalf of the business. You are responsible for the actions of any staff members you add to your account.
Zacha offers tiered business memberships (Launch Partner, Growth Partner, and Premium Partner). Each tier offers different features and voucher allowances. Business memberships are billed through Stripe and can be managed through the Billing section of your partner dashboard.
Featured placement and advanced features are available on Growth and Premium tiers, subject to availability. Zacha does not guarantee a specific level of visibility or customer footfall for any membership tier.
Listing on Zacha does not guarantee any specific number of customers, redemptions, or business revenue. Zacha provides a platform to help your business reach local customers — results depend on offer quality, business location, and customer activity.
Zacha may change a business's status at any time, including:
We will aim to communicate reasons for rejection or suspension. Partners can contact support to query a decision.
If you have a query about your business listing, an offer, or a customer redemption issue, please use the support section of your partner dashboard or email hello@zacha.co.uk.
A one-time onboarding fee may apply when joining Zacha. See our Business Onboarding Terms for full details. This fee is separate from any ongoing Growth or Premium membership subscription.
