Zacha £250 Food Voucher Prize Draw: Terms and Conditions
1. Who is running the draw
The promoter is Zacha Ltd, company number 16964222, registered office 35 High Street, Swansea, SA1 1LG (“we”, “us”). You can contact us at contact@zacha.co.uk.
2. Who can enter
The draw is open to people aged 18 or over who live in the United Kingdom. It is not open to directors, employees or helpers of Zacha Ltd, or to members of their immediate families.
3. How to enter
Entry is free. No purchase is necessary. To enter, complete the form at zacha.co.uk/waitlist with a valid email address (giving your name is optional), confirm that you are 18 or over and accept these terms. Joining our marketing emails is optional and does not affect your chances of winning.
There is one entry per person, and only one entry per email address is accepted. We may remove duplicate entries from the same person. Entries made by bots, scripts or other automated means, or using false details, are void.
4. Closing date
Entries close at 6:00pm UK time on Friday 23 October 2026. Entries received after that time will not be counted.
5. The draw
The draw takes place on Friday 23 October 2026, after entries close. Three winners are selected at random from all valid entries by Zacha Ltd.
The closing date and draw date in these terms replace any earlier dates shown on posters or other promotional material.
6. Prizes
1st prize: £150. 2nd prize: £75. 3rd prize: £25. Total prize value: £250.
The prizes are Swansea food vouchers. Each voucher can be spent at any Zacha member business that sells food. Vouchers expire 90 days after they are issued to the winner.
There is no cash alternative and prizes cannot be transferred. Each person can win one prize only. If a prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside our control, we may replace it with one of equal or greater value.
7. Winners
Winners will be announced on Instagram (@zachauk) on Friday 23 October 2026, using first name and the first letter of the surname only. We will also contact winners by email, using the address they entered with, and explain how to claim the voucher.
A winner must reply within 7 days of being contacted. If a winner does not reply in time, or cannot be contacted, we may withdraw the prize and give it to a replacement winner selected at random from the remaining valid entries.
By entering, you agree that if you win we may announce your first name and the first letter of your surname on Instagram.
8. Your data
We use your email address and name to run the draw, check for duplicate or invalid entries and contact winners. If you tick the optional marketing box, we will also send you news about Zacha and you can unsubscribe at any time. If you do not tick it, we will not send you marketing emails.
We keep entry details only for as long as we need them to run the draw and deal with any queries and, if you opted in to marketing, until you unsubscribe. Our Privacy Policy at zacha.co.uk/privacy explains how we handle your data and your rights.
9. General
We may disqualify any entry that breaks these terms or that we reasonably believe is fraudulent or abusive. We may change or cancel the draw if circumstances outside our control make this necessary, and will say so on our social channels if we do. Our decision on matters relating to the draw is final.
We may also extend the closing date or move the draw date to a later date. If we do, we will update this page and announce it on Instagram.
This draw is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or Meta.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Nothing in them limits your legal rights as a consumer.
